Dandruff is such a common condition and all of us face it at some point of our lifetime.

remedies that many have tried and tested. Effective ones that I have tried include

1.Fenugreek seeds -   The use of fenugreek seeds when dealing with dandruff is known to be one of the most effective treatment options. All you need to do is to soak two
tablespoons in some water over the course of the night and grind it into a fine paste in
the morning. Apply this paste all over the scalp and leave it on for about an hour. Rinse
your hair thoroughly with the help of warm water before washing it a second time with
some soap nut solution or mild shampoo.

shampoo is also known to be very beneficial.

4.Sun exposure – Sun exposure, limited though, is not just good for dandruff but also for
dandruff. The direct ultraviolet light has an anti-inflammatory effect on scaly skin
conditions.

5. Take Garlic or Oil of oregano capsules is known to be an excellent way of combating a
dandruff problem.

6. A mixture of coconut oil and lemon juice is equally effective as treatment with apple
cider vinegar.

7. Avoid spicy and greasy foods as they help dandruff to increase and spread. Add more
vegetables and fruits to your diet.

8. Rub a gel of aloe vera leaves into the scalp and leave overnight. Shampoo your hair first
 thing in the morning.

9. It is important to comb your hair daily as this promotes blood circulation inside the
 scalp.

Easy ways to deep condition at home

Hair Conditioning & its Importance

Many people have a mindset that conditioners are meant for only those people who have
rough and unmanageable hair. However, this is just a myth and everyone irrespective of
the texture of your hair should use hair conditioners.

Hair Conditioning plays an essential role in keeping hair in the best condition possible.
Some of the benefits that can be enjoyed after using hair conditioner are as follows:

· It helps in providing some essential nourishment to hair and thus keeps them
  healthy.

· Women with unmanageable hair can rely on conditioning for bringing their locks
     of hair under control.

· Conditioners are capable of providing required moisture to hair and thus make
    them soft and silky.

· It adds volume for thin hair with ease.

All these benefits are sufficient to make one realize the importance of hair conditioning.
These days, the market is flooded with wide array of hair conditioners. However, good
quality conditioners have been priced at high rates and it is not possible for everyone to
afford them. Well, you should not worry as you can condition your hair at home as well.

Two Ways to Condition Hair at Home

1.  Conditioner with Apple Cider Vinegar

One of the most effective and easiest ways to condition your hair is to use vinegar. Once
you have shampooed your hair properly, add a tablespoon of vinegar in water. You can
take about one liter of water for preparing the conditioner. Use this conditioner for
rinsing your hair. This conditioner would make hair look soft and shiny. In addition, it
helps in maintaining the pH balance of hair.

2.   Conditioner made using Yogurt & Egg

Take about four tablespoons of yogurt and one egg. Mix both of them together for some
time. You should apply this mixture on your hair after you are done with the shampoo.
You should massage your hair after applying the mixture and leave it for about ten
minutes. Now rinse the mixture using lukewarm water. This conditioner is best suitable
for individuals who have dry and unmanageable hair.

So conditioning your hair is now affordable and easy with some homemade hair
conditioner.
